I designed the A4 training system using resistance bands because I needed a better way to train my clients and athletes. As a physical therapist I have learned in detail how the body moves and how it reacts to certain demands put on it. I brought this knowledge over to my training and through the years have focused on certain areas of function. I came up with the A4 training system; it improves functional movements instead of non-functional, single-plane exercises that don't train you for life!
I use FlexBands because they are the best way to develop functional strength and dynamic flexibility, I can train many clients at once, they are the most durable resistance band on the market and they are very cost effective.
